It's time to get a massage if.....

You have been feeling sore and uncomfortable, tired and stressed or tense and anxious!

Are you a dog lover?

During your massage session, you have the option to enjoy the comfort and companionship of my affectionate greyhound, Nelly. She’s a calm, sweet-natured dog who loves to bring a sense of warmth and relaxation to your experience.

Whether you're looking for a little extra comfort or simply enjoy the company of a gentle, furry friend, Nelly is happy to share her love and make your treatment even more enjoyable.

About Me

Diploma Qualified Remedial Massage Therapist

Hi, I'm Tash!

I’m a massage therapist with nearly a decade of experience, dedicated to helping women achieve health and wellness in a home-based clinic. My focus is on pain relief, rehabilitation, and helping clients feel their best.

I’ve worked in physiotherapy, osteopathy, and sports rehabilitation, learning from industry experts along the way.

I offer a variety of techniques, including dry needling, remedial massage, relaxation, and cupping therapy, all tailored to your needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or just need to relax, I’m here to help you feel better.

For those who love a bit of extra comfort, my affectionate greyhound, Nelly, is happy to keep you company during your treatment.

I also offer discounts and the option to claim through your health fund, making it easier to access my services.

My clinic is located at Aloe Street in Yamanto, Ipswich, and I’m open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.

How often Should you get a massage?

I normally recommend fortnightly to monthly massages for most people, however do what is best for your lifestyle, your personal needs and preferences.

Massage should be used as a preventative measure. Some people benefit most from getting a massage once a week, while others may only need one every few weeks or once a month to every couple of months.

It is important to consider lifestyle factors when receiving massage as this creates realistic expectation for treatment goals and outcomes
